• Located in Lismore NSW

In this role you will provide financial and administrative support to the Assets Management Unit of this State Government Department. This includes:

• Responding to incoming telephone and face to face enquiries, providing information and appropriately referring enquiries where required

• Undertaking administrative support duties such as filing and records management, mail receipt and sorting, maintenance of registers, photocopying, compilation of manuals and reports

• Undertaking SAP related tasks including data entry, raising and receipting of purchase orders and assisting with making payments

• Providing meeting support tasks including preparing agendas, organising venues and catering, and distributing minutes to contribute to the smooth running of meetings.

• Maintaining the TRIM computerised records management system and creating, storing, retrieving and archiving files to contribute to the provision of accurate and timely information for reports, submissions and general advice.

For a successful application you will need:

• A strong administrative background with experience in processing financial transactions

• A strong eye for detail and accuracy

• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• A strong customer service focus

Previous experience in a government environment and/or a working knowledge of SAP and TRIM would be a distinct advantage.
