• 3 days per week (School Hours)

• Located in Beresfield

Our client is a privately owned company established for over 30 years and a leader in the delivery and distribution of quality products for the: Heavy industrial, Mining, Marine, Oil and Gas and Defence industries This includes specialised lighting systems, intrinsically safe equipment and rust and corrosive prevention products.

You will be providing customer service and administrative support to the sales team including:

• Data entry into the CRM

• Processing orders into the inventory system

• Actioning customer requests in the absence of the sales team

• Sending invoices, account forms and data sheets

• Responding to customer enquiries

• General administration and basic accounts

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Previous experience in a sales support role

• Great communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a cross section of customer types

• Proficiency in the creation and modification of Excel spreadsheet

• A customer first mindset
