The Role

This role is a full-service reception role, meaning that you will assist across administration, accounts, database management and preparing refreshments for internal & external meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming phone calls into the office;
  • Manage room / Boardroom setup for meetings / events;
  • Manage kitchen duties for their office;
  • Assist with accounts in data entry, cash expenses from fee-earners; and
  • Ad hoc assistance across mail room, stationery orders, etc.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven experience as a corporate receptionist;
  • Proven experience in professional service organisations; and
  • Preferred experience in a law firm ideal.
