In this role you will be responsible for providing quality executive and administrative support to the head of customer and stakeholder relations and assist in the effective operations of the team.

More specifically:

• Provide diary management call and email screening, correspondence and administrative support of the Manager’s schedule and achievement of business objectives

• Updating and maintaining records and various databases to ensure compliance with systems, processing and policies

• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders in response to enquiries on behalf of the Manager

• Manage communication channels efficiently and effectively

• Assist in the preparation of correspondence, agenda, minutes and presentations

• Routine financial transactions and procurement for efficient unit operations

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have:

• Previous experience in providing executive secretarial and administration support

• The ability to handle conflicting priorities in a high volume work environment

• Strong organisational skills and are able to work efficiently and effectively without sacrificing quality of your work

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

• The ability to work self-managed in a team environment

• A current Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain
